全身麻醉患者对麻醉健康教育需求现况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全身麻醉患者对麻醉健康教育需求的现况。方法:选取2016年7-12月择期行全麻手术治疗患者300例,派发科室自制的全麻手术患者健康教育需求量表进行调查,分析患者的麻醉健康教育需求。结果:300例患者中,表示对麻醉健康教育非常需求86例(28.67%),很需求75例(25.00%),有需求60例(20.00%),不太需求48例(16.00%),非常不需求31例(10.33%)。结论:在需要进行全麻手术治疗的患者中,大多数患者均对麻醉健康教育有较大需求,临床可根据患者实际需求予以适当的健康教育。Objective:To analyze the current situation of general anesthesia patients'demands for anesthesia health education.Methods:From July 2016 to December 2016,300 patients who underwent selective general anesthesia surgery were selected,self-made health education demand scale made by department was given to patients to conduct an investigation,and patients'anesthetic health education demands was analyzed.Results:Among the 300 patients,86 cases(28.67%)were the most needed for anesthesia health education,75 cases(25.00%)were very needed,60 cases(20.00%)were needed,and 48 cases(16.00%)were not very needed,31(10.33%)cases were not needed.Conclusion:Among the patients who need general anesthesia surgery,most of them have a great demand for anesthesia health education,the clinical can give appropriate anaesthesia health education according to the actual needs of the patients.
