摘　　要：目的了解我省社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院康复服务开展情况,分析存在的问题,为社区康复的发展提供参考依据。方法2018年4~8月对2018年云南省卫健委登记在册昆明市官渡区4家社区卫生服务中心采取问卷调查,主要内容包括社区基本情况、社区康复的意识、康复服务人员、康复转诊及康复服务项目开展情况。结果6家医院均已开展了老年人、高血压、糖尿病、持证残疾人建档管理,均没有单独的康复科及康复专科医师;社区卫生服务中心有康复治疗师、康复科治疗用地及康复床位,而乡镇卫生院康复科均未配备康复治疗师、康复治疗用地以及康复床位。结论城市基层医院康复服务开展较农村基层医院好,但仍存在如康复项目单一、服务病种局限、专业人员缺乏等问题。主要表现在基层工作人员对于康复理解不到位;缺乏相应的转介、医保等政策支持;基层医院与残联、民政等组织缺乏有效沟通等有关。Objective To understand the development of rehabilitation services in the community health service centers and township health centers in our province,analyze the existing problems,and provide a reference for the development of community rehabilitation.Methods From April to August 2018,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the 4 community health service centers registered in the Guandu District of Kunming City,Yunnan Province Health and Health Commission in 2018,the main contents include the basic situation of the community,awareness of community rehabilitation,rehabilitation service personnel,rehabilitation referral and rehabilitation service projects.Results 6 hospitals have already carried out the management of the elderly,high blood pressure,diabetes,certificated disabled persons,none of them has a separate rehabilitation department and specialists in rehabilitation;community health service centers have rehabilitation therapists,rehabilitation treatment sites and rehabilitation beds,but the rehabilitation department of township health centers are not equipped with rehabilitation therapists,rehabilitation treatment land and rehabilitation beds.Conclusion The development of rehabilitation services in urban grassroots hospitals is better than that in rural areas,but there are still problems such as single rehabilitation projects,limited service types and lack of professionals.Mainly manifested in the lack of understanding of rehabilitation of grassroots staff;lack of corresponding referral,medical insurance and other policy support;lack of effective communication between grassroots hospitals and organizations such as the disabled persons'federation and civil affairs.
