摘　　要：目的:研究蔡氏跌打膏外敷治疗早期四肢骨折肿胀疼痛的效果。方法:选取本院骨科2016年9月—2019年10月收治的90例早期四肢骨折肿胀疼痛患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分组:对照组给予常规对症处理,观察组在此基础上给予蔡氏跌打膏外敷,对比两组的VAS评分等。结果:治疗3 d后,观察组的肢体肿胀程度分级低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗3 d后的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.001;观察组不良反应发生率2.22%(1/45)略低于对照组的4.44%(2/45),P>0.05。结论:蔡氏跌打膏外敷用于早期四肢骨折肿胀疼痛中疗效确切,有助于促进肿胀、疼痛消退,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of external application of Cai's Dieda cream in the treatment of swelling and pain of early limb fracture.Methods:90 patients with early limb fracture,swelling and pain admitted from September 2016 to October 2019 in the department of orthopedics of our hospital were selected as objects.According to the treatment group:the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was given external application of Cai's Dieda cream on this basis,and the VAS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3d treatment,the degree of limb swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score in the observation group after 3d treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.22%(1/45),which was slightly lower than that in the control group of 4.44%(2/45)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Cai's Dieda cream in the patients with swelling and pain of early limb fracture has definite curative effect,is helpful to promote the swelling and pain subside of patients,and has high safety,which is worth popularizing.
