摘 要:基于新经济地理学理论,构建了包含高铁和认知资本的知识创新与扩散模型,在认知资本的视角下探究高速铁路对区域知识创新的影响,并利用全国284个地级及以上城市的面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明:从整体上看,高速铁路和认知资本对区域知识创新均存在显著的正向影响。同时,高铁对我国区域知识创新的提升作用存在明显的认知资本门槛效应。对于认知资本较低的地区而言,高铁推动知识创新的作用更为显著,而对认知资本高的地区来说,高铁带来的交通基础设施的改善对区域知识创新的影响不明显。Based on the theory of new economic geography,this paper constructs a TP model including high-speed rail and cognitive capital to explore the mechanism that high-speed rail affects regional knowledge innovation from a perspective of cognitive capital and use panel data of 284 cities at or above the prefecture level to conduct an empirical test.Results show that high-speed rail and cognitive capital both significantly improve the overall level of regional knowledge innovation.At the same time,the impact of high-speed rail has obvious cognitive capital threshold effect.For regions with lower cognitive cap-ital,the role of high-speed rail to promote knowledge innovation is more significant.However,for regions with higher cogni-tive capital,the improvement of transportation infrastructure brought by high-speed rail has no significant impact on regional knowledge innovation.
