摘 要:将无烟煤与褐煤的混合物掺杂KOH一步法共热解,再将产物酸洗制得含硫活性炭。通过分析不同碱炭质量比对活性炭比表面积和微孔孔体积的作用,探究硫含量对活性炭CO2吸附性能的影响。当混煤掺杂KOH在碱炭质量比为2∶1、活化温度为800℃、活化时间为2 h时,氮气气氛条件下制备煤基活性炭(AC-S1),并对其进行表征和CO2吸附性能测试。结果表明:AC-S1的BET比表面积达到682.9 m^2/g,以微孔结构为主,孔径主要分布在0.4 nm^1.2 nm,微孔体积为0.24 cm^3/g,硫含量为0.89%(质量分数);红外光谱分析结果表明,煤基活性炭表面存在含硫官能团;扫描电镜结果表明,含硫煤基活性炭表面结构粗糙,存在一定的孔结构;X射线衍射结果表明,煤基活性炭为无定型非晶材料;X射线光电子能谱分析数据得出,煤基活性炭存在碳硫键和噻吩硫;在常压、298 K条件下,AC-S1的CO2吸附量为3.16 mmol/g,对CO2/CH4体系的分离因子达到8.10。The mixture of anthracite and lignite was first co-pyrolysis by KOH in one step,and then the product was used to prepare sulfur-doped activated carbon.The effects of the alkali carbon mass ratio on the resulting volume of micropores and specific surface area were analyzed,based on which the corresponding effects of the sulfur content on the CO2 adsorption performance of the prepared activated carbon were explored.The coal-based activated carbon was prepared by blending coal with KOH at the mass ratio of alkali to carbon of 2∶1,under the activation temperature at 800℃for 2 h in the nitrogen atmosphere.The results show that the BET specific surface area of the activated carbon is 682.9 m^2/g,which is primarily attributable to the microporous structure.The pore size is mainly distributed in the range of 0.4 nm-1.2 nm with the volume of micro-scale pores of 0.24 cm^3/g and the sulfur content of 0.89%(mass fraction).The infrared spectrum analysis results show that there are sulfur-containing functional groups on the surface of the coal-based activated carbon.And the scanning electron microscope results show that the surface of the sulfur-doped coal-based activated carbon is rough and generates a certain pore structure.In addition the X-ray diffraction results show that the coal-based activated carbon is amorphous and there are carbon sulfur bonds and thiophene sulfur in the coal-based activated carbon.The adsorption capacity of AC-S1 for CO2 is 3.16 mmol/g at the 298 K and atmospheric pressure,and the separation factor for the CO2/CH4 system is 8.10.The proposed method provides a broad application prospect for the atmospheric CO2 adsorption and separation.
