摘  要:采用压力浸渗法制备了SiC的体积分数分别为25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%的SiCp/2024和SiCp/6061铝基复合材料,并研究了SiCp体积分数对复合材料的组织和性能的影响,以及复合材料在热处理状态的力学性能。结果表明,随着SiCp体积分数增加,SiCp/2024和SiCp/6061复合材料的硬度、抗拉强度和抗压强度均明显增加,伸长率明显降低,材料断裂方式为脆性断裂。其中当SiCp体积分数为50%时,SiCp/2024和SiCp/6061复合材料的硬度(HB)分别达到243.34和154.97,抗压强度分别达到840.63和519.83MPa,抗拉强度分别达到340.2和300.5MPa。经过固溶时效处理后,复合材料的强度、硬度均提高,伸长率均降低,其中SiCp体积分数较高的复合材料经热处理后性能提升更明显,SiCp/6061复合材料的性能提升比SiCp/2024更明显。SiCp/2024and SiCp/6061composites were prepared by pressure infiltration method with volume fraction of SiC of 25%,30%,35%,40%,45%and 50%,respectively.The effects of the volume fraction of SiC particles on the microstructure and properties of the composites prepared were investigated by SEM,OM,EDS and tensile testing,and the effects of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed.The experimental results show that the hardness,tensile strength and compressive strength of SiCp/2024and SiCp/6061composites are increased obviously with the increase of SiC volume fraction,while the elongation is obviously declined.The fracture mode of the composites is characterized by brittle fracture.With the volume fraction of SiC of 50%,the hardness,compressive strengths and tensile strengths of SiCp/2024and SiCp/6061composites reach up to HB243.34and HB154.97,840.63MPa and 519.83MPa,340.2MPa and 300.5MPa,respectively.After solid solution and aging treatment,the strength and hardness of the two kinds of composite are increased,while the elongation is decreased.The properties of the composites with higher volume fraction of SiC are improved greatly after heat treatment,and the improvement of properties of SiCp/6061composites is more obvious than that of SiCp/2024composites.
