摘  要:为了提高聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)分子链段的柔顺性,选用聚硅氧烷(PDMS)对其改性。将PDMS母粒(PBT-b-PDMS)与PBT按一定质量配比进行熔融共混制得不同PDMS母粒含量的PBT-b-PDMS/PBT共混切片(简称共混切片),对共混切片的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明:PDMS母粒中软链段PDMS质量分数约为50%,硬链段PBT质量分数约为50%;PDMS以微米级微球均匀分布于PBT连续相中形成海岛结构;PDMS母粒与PBT在共混改性过程中,不存在较强的分子作用力,两者为宏观上的相容,PDMS质量分数大于等于16%后相容性逐渐变差;随着PDMS的增加,共混切片的玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低,表面接触角先逐渐减小后增大;当PDMS添加质量分数小于16%时,共混切片的亲水性能较好。Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was used to modify polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)in order to improve the flexibility of PBT molecular segments.PBT-b-PDMS/PBT blend chips with different amounts of PDMS masterbatch were prepared by melt blending PBT-b-PDMS and PBT at a certain mass ratio.The structure and properties of the blend chips were studied.The results showed that the mass fraction of PDMS soft segment and PBT hard segment in PDMS masterbatch was both about 50%;PDMS was distributed uniformly in PBT continuous phase as micron-size microsphere to form island structure;there was no strong molecular force between PDMS masterbatch and PBT in the process of blending modification,and the compatibility of PDMS and PBT was macroscopic and became worse when the mass fraction of PDMS was not lower than 16%;the glass transition temperature of the blended chips decreased gradually and the surface contact angle first decreased and then increased with the increase of PDMS;and the hydrophilicity of the blended chips was fairly good when the mass fraction of PDMS was less than 16%.
