暖脐散穴位贴敷治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察暖脐散穴位贴敷治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科门诊收治脾虚型泄泻患儿96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组用暖脐散穴位贴敷,每日1次,对照组采用常规治疗,干预7 d后对疾病的主症积分、腹疼缓解时间、临床疗效及安全性进行统计分析。结果观察组患儿主要症状积分改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿腹痛缓解时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿总有效率为97.9%(47/48),优于对照组83.3%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论暖脐散穴位贴敷对小儿脾虚型泄泻有显著的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of umbilicus-warming powder on diarrhea of spleen-deficiency type in children.Methods According to the principle of randomized control,96 cases of diarrhea of spleen-deficiency type were divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint application of umbilicus-warming powder,once a day,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.After 7 days of intervention,the main symptom score,abdominal pain relief time,clinical efficacy and safety of the disease were statistically analyzed.Results The improvement in main symptom score in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01);the relief time of abdominal pain in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate in treatment group was 97.9%(47/48),which was better than that in control group(83.3%,40/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of umbilicus-warming powder has significant clinical effect on diarrhea of spleen-deficiency type in children.
