摘　　要：大柴胡汤出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,具有和解少阳、内泻热结之功效,主治少阳阳明合病,其方精药简,疗效确切,应用广泛。方证研究是学好中医的关键,从仲景相关条文出发,结合中医“六腑以通为用”理论,分析大柴胡汤方证及临床运用,并结合典型病案,总结经验教训,有利于进一步深入理解大柴胡汤方证,更好地提高临床疗效。Dachaihu decoction,from Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,and it has the effect of harmonizing shaoyang and purging heat accumulation internally.It is mainly used for treating the disease involving both shaoyang and yangming meridianshas.Its prescription essence medicine is simple,the curative effect is accurate,and it is widely used.The research on prescription syndrome is the key to master the traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the relevant original text of Zhongjing,combined with the theory of“six fu viscera keeping unobstructed”in TCM,this paper analyzes the syndrome and clinical application of Dachaihu decoction,combined with typical medical records,summing up experience and lessons,can help further deepen the understanding of the syndrome of the Dachaihu decoction and improve the clinical curative effect.
