中西医结合治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析消风散加减治疗与LED红光对面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者血清IL-4、INF-γ、IgE水平的作用。方法随机数字表法抽取收治的面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者62例,根据不同治疗方法划分组别,对照组采用LED红光疗法治疗,研究组采用消风散加减治疗联合LED红光治疗,对比2组治疗疗效及其对患者血清IL-4、INF-γ、IgE水平的作用。结果研究组治疗后临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后血清IL-4、INF-γ、IgE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消风散加减结合LED红光治疗HDD的疗效显著,且有利于改善血清IL-4、INF-γ、IgE水平,可推广。Objective To analyze the effects of Xiaofeng powder on the levels of serum IL-4,INF-γand IgE in patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with LED red light therapy.The study group was treated with Xiaofeng powder and LED red light.The therapeutic effects and effects on serum IL-4,INF-γand IgE levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-4,INF-γand IgE levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion The effect of Xiaofeng powder combined with LED red light in the treatment of HDD is significant,and it is beneficial to improve serum IL-4,INF-γand IgE levels.
