防己茯苓汤辅助治疗妊娠期高血压的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨防己茯苓汤加味辅助治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床意义。方法从2016年12月—2018年12月选取80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,将患者随机分成2组,对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用口服拉贝洛尔片的方式进行治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,加用内服防己茯苓汤加味的方式进行治疗。观察比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果2组患者治疗前,舒张压、收缩压、尿蛋白没有明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压、尿蛋白水平,明显低于对照组,2组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的妊娠不良结局和并发症发生率为5%,明显低于对照组患者20%,2组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防己茯苓汤加味辅助治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低患者的血压和尿蛋白水平,减少妊娠不良结局和并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical significance of Fangji Fuling decoction in the adjuvant treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,80 patients with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral Labellol tablets.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Fangji Fuling decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and urinary protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the observation group was 5%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Fangji Fuling decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,reduce the blood pressure and urinary protein level of patients,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications.
