芒硝加味金黄散乳贴综合治疗哺乳期乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制芒硝加味金黄散乳贴(文中简称乳贴)治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的疗效。方法抽取2017年11月—2019年6月接受诊治的全部哺乳期乳腺炎患者62例,并采用回顾性的方法统计分析;所有患者均采用中西医结合诊断。应用自制芒硝加味金黄散乳贴外敷等综合治疗的哺乳期乳腺炎患者编为试验组(n=37);与除不用乳贴外敷外,其余无甚差别的为对照组(n=25);对临床疗程、疗效等展开对比研究。结果试验组37例哺乳期乳腺炎患者经过乳贴外敷等综合治疗之后,相比对照组,乳腺肿块变小、症状体征的改善及治疗效果等明显提高,疗程明显缩短,保守治愈率可达94.59%(35/37)。结论在临床上对哺乳期乳腺炎患者早期应用乳贴外敷等综合治疗,能够得到更满意的治疗有效率,同时安全可靠,且经济实用、操作简单。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the self-made mirabilite and Jinhuang powder breast paste.Methods All 62 patients with lactation mastitis who received treatment from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected and analyzed retrospectively.All patients were diagnosed by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The patients with lactation mastitis who were treated with self-made mirabalite and Jinhuang powder breast paste external application were classified into the experimental group(n=37).The control of 25 cases applied self-made mirabalite.A comparative study was made on the clinical course of treatment and therapeutic efficacy.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group of 37 patients with lactation mastitis after comprehensive treatment,such as lactation patch external application,showed significantly higher breast mass reduction,improvement of symptoms and signs and treatment effect,significantly shorter course of treatment,and a conservative cure rate of 94.59%(35/37).Conclusion Clinical application of comprehensive treatment such as lactation mastitis in the early stage can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect,is safe and reliable,economical and practical,and easy to operate.
