冉青珍治疗胎盘植入性出血验案一则

摘　　要：冉青珍主任医师在岭南地区从事中医妇科近20年,临床见解独到,善于从肝论治妇科出血性疾病。通过分析其治疗胎盘植入性出血一例,总结经验,为临床提供参考。此例患者中医诊断为产后恶露不绝,辨证为心肝血虚、肝经湿热证。以清肝止淋汤加减疏肝扶脾,补血制火;胶艾汤加减充养血海,调和冲任,温固经脉;开郁种玉汤加减养阴柔肝,调理冲任。三方辨证施治,取得明显疗效。患者恢复正常月经周期。Chief physician Ran deals with Chinese medicine gynecology diseases more than 20 years in the south of the Five Ridges,she has rich clinical experience and unique insights,especially good at treating gynecology hemorrhagic diseases from the liver.Now through analyse a case of Ran in treating hemorrhage due to placental implantation,the experience for clinical reference was summarized.In this case,the patient’s diagnosis of TCM is postpartum lochia,and the syndrome differentiation is heart-liver blood deficiency,damp-heat in the liver meridian.Ran used Qinggan Zhilin decoction to soothing liver and nourishing spleen,tonifying blood and inhibitioning of fire,the Jiaoai decoction to nourishing blood and softening liver,and the Kaiyu Zhongyu decoction to nourishing yin and regulating thoroughfare-conception vessels.It made a good therapeutic effect with differentiation and treatment of these three decoctions.The patient finally can recover a regular menstrual cycle.
