摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合情志护理对脑瘫患儿便秘的干预效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选取某三甲医院2017年7月—2019年3月住院的脑瘫患儿,将患者分为3组,每组25例。对照组给予健康宣教并发放宣教资料,观察组A给予患者腹部按摩,观察组B予以小儿推拿联合情志护理。比较观察3组患者的排便次数、大便性状及治疗效果。结果观察组B在排便次数、大便性状及治疗效果均优于对照组和观察组A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合情志护理可有效解除脑瘫患儿的便秘,帮助患儿形成良好的生活、饮食习惯,提高患儿的生命质量,促进身心健康,对后期康复有重要的意义。Objective To explore the effect of infantile massage combined with emotional nursing on constipation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to select cerebral palsy children hospitalized in a third-class a hospital from July 2017 to March 2019,and the patients were divided into three groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given health education and propaganda materials,the observation group A was given abdominal massage,and the observation group B was given infantile massage combined emotional care.The frequency of defecation,stool characters and therapeutic effect of the three groups were compared and observed.Results The observation group B was better than the control group and observation group A in the number of defecation,stool characteristics and treatment effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The infantile massage combined with emotional nursing can effectively relieve constipation in children with cerebral palsy,help children form good living and eating habits,improve the quality of life,promote physical and mental health,and have important significance for later rehabilitation.
