摘　　要：目的探讨使用中药穴位敷贴联合护理干预治疗儿童腹泻的疗效。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月在儿科门诊就诊的腹泻患儿136例为研究对象,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组和干预组,各68例,对照组采用西医常规治疗方法,干预组采用对照组西医常规治疗和中药穴位敷贴治疗方法及护理干预,比较2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果干预组患儿治疗的总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组患儿的总有效率(85.29%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中药穴位敷贴联合护理干预能有效治疗儿童腹泻,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods 136 children with diarrhea who were admitted to the pediatric clinic from April 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the order of hospitalization,they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,and each group had 68 children.The control group used conventional western medicine treatment,and the intervention group used the conventional western medicine therapy and Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy method and nursing intervention.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(85.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with nursing intervention can effectively treat children’s diarrhea,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
