摘　　要：企业在设计电弧焊机外壳时经常忽视整机的安全性,导致在型式试验时外壳防护测试具有较高的不合格率。本文主要阐述电弧焊机在外壳防护测试过程中常见的不合格项,结合具体的案例,分析形成不合格项的原因,并提出供参考的解决方案。When designing the shell of arc welding machine,the enterprise often ignores the safety of the whole machine,which leads to the high unqualified rate of the test of protection provided by the enclosure in type test.This paper mainly describes the common unqualified items in the shell protection test of arc welding machine,analyzes the causes of the unqualified items with specific cases,and proposed the suggestions for improvements.
