简析带信号控制线芯软电缆认证技术规范的相关要求

摘　　要：针对整机设备集成化和多功能化的发展所带动的信号控制与电力传输复合软电缆,为做好相应产品的质量提升和标准供给,中国质量认证中心制定发布了CQC 1139-2020《额定电压450/750 V及以下带信号或控制线芯的软电缆(软线)认证技术规范》。本文对该技术规范的编制背景及主要技术指标进行了简要分析,以帮助各使用方更好地理解和运用该标准来指导该类线缆产品的生产制造、选型和检测工作。Aiming to further improve the quality and standard supply of flexible cables being applied to meet the integrated and multi-functional development of the equipment,China Quality Certification Centre(CQC)has developed and released CQC 1139-2020 Product certification criteria for flexible cables(cords)with signal or controlling insulated cores of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V.In this paper,the background and main technical requirements of this standard are briefly analyzed to help users better understand and utilize it to guide the production,manufacturing,selection and testing of such cable products.
