摘 要:为确保张力筋腱自由站立期间的安全性和可靠性,在筋腱安装完成后,由位于筋腱顶部的临时浮筒提供张力,使其自由站立于水中。本文结合南海某张力腿平台设计项目,对张力筋腱的安装过程和临时浮筒设计进行了研究,从筋腱碰撞分析、浮筒功能设计、海上安装流程等方面完成了临时浮筒设计方案,计算并分析结果是否合理。目前国外张力筋腱临时浮筒设计较为成熟,但国内仍集中在研究阶段,本文系统梳理了临时浮筒的设计要求和方法,可为今后TLP平台的临时浮筒设计提供参考。In order to ensure tendon safety and reliability tendon during its free standing,temporary buoy is used to provide tension,so the tendon can float freely in the water.From a TLP design projects in South China Sea,this paper studies tendon clash analysis,buoy function design,offshore installation process,and completed tendon temporary buoy design,analysis results are reasonable.Tendon temporary buoy design technology in foreign countries has been more mature,but is still restricted in study in China.This paper summarizes tendon temporary buoy design requirements and methods,and can provide reference for tendon temporary buoy design.
