摘 要:通过舷侧安装管道终端(pipeline end terminal,PLET)是PLET安装的方法之一。本文对安装过程进行研究并建立了有限元时域分析模型。使用该模型对管道系统的悬挂状态和下放过程进行分析。悬挂状态的静力敏感性分析表明,管道处理系统(pipeline handling system PHS)倾角和PLET结构特性对管顶强度影响较大;在PLET的入水过程中,船舶运动尤其是横摇,是影响管道强度的主要因素;当PLET接近海床时,其运动可能导致管道出现轴向受压现象。Lowering pipeline end terminal through the vessel broadside is one of the PLET installation methods.In this paper,this installation process is studied and a finite element time domain analysis is created.This model is used to analyze the hang-off condition and lowering process of pipeline system.The static sensitivity analysis of the hang-off condition shows that the inclination angle of PHS and PLET structure characteristics have great influence on the strength of the pipeline top.Vesselmotion,especially the roll motion,is the main factor that affects the strength of pipeline in the water entry stage during the lowering process.In the stage near the seabed of the PLET,its motion may cause axial compression of the pipeline.
