摘 要:因过充电原因频繁引发新能源汽车着火事故,以三元锂离子动力电池为研究对象,对过充电表征行为试验进行研究与分析。在绝热环境下进行不同过充电量条件下的测试,分析过充电过程中关键表征参数的变化及产热结果比较验证,发现样品失控前的过充电过程可以分为5个阶段,当过充电量超过40%后,副反应引起的产热增多,并根据电压、温度等参数的变化确定该样品的过充电安全边界条件。In view of the fact that the cause of overcharging caused more and more fire accidents in new energy vehicles,the research group took the ternary lithium-ion battery as the research object,and carried out the experimental research and analysis of the overcharging behavior.Under the condition of different over-charge conditions in the adiabatic environment,the changes of key characterization parameters and the comparison of the heat-generating results during the over-charging process were analyzed.It was found that the over-charging process before the sample was out of control can be divided into five stages,when the over-charged amount is more than 40%,the heat generation caused by the side reaction increases,and the overcharge safety boundary condition of the sample is determined according to changes in parameters such as voltage and temperature.
