摘　　要：研制了一种高固体分低表面处理环氧涂料,选择了国内外几种不同环氧固化剂,配制成环氧涂料,比较了高固体分低表面处理环氧涂料的物理性能和防腐性能,探讨固化剂、附着力促进剂对性能的影响,并对附着力、耐盐雾、耐性等性能进行了检测。研究表明:(1)不同的固化剂搭配使用,有助于提升产品施工性能,提高产品耐性、防腐性;(2)附着力促进剂对于附着力促进剂对于低表面处理性能影响,增强了产品对于锈蚀底材附着。A kind of high solids low surface treatment epoxy coatings was developed.Several epoxy curing agents were selected to prepare the epoxy coatings.The physical properties and anticorrosive properties of the high solids low surface treatment epoxy coatings were compared,the effects of curing agents and adhesion promoters on the properties were discussed,and properties such as adhesion,salt fog resistance and resistance were tested.The results show:(1)use of different curing agents can improve the construction performance,resistance and anti-corrosiveness of the product;(2)adhesion promoters’influence on low surface treatment performance enhances the product’s adhesion to rusty substrates.
