具有镜面效果的淋涂用聚氨酯亮光白色面漆的研究

摘　　要：通过对原材料进行筛选及优化,制备出适用于淋涂工艺的聚氨酯亮光白色面漆,具有流平好、鲜映性高、丰满度高、镜面效果好等特点,相对于传统喷涂方式,有效减少了VOC的排放和涂料的浪费,符合家具涂料的发展方向,并讨论了影响淋涂效果的因素。Through screening and optimization of raw materials,polyurethane bright white finish suitable for curtain coating process is prepared,having the characteristics of good leveling,high freshness,high fullness and good mirror effect.Compared with the traditional spray method,it effectively reduces VOC emission and waste of coatings and conforms to the development direction of furniture coatings.The factors influencing curtain coating effect are also discussed.
