13例臀部对偶深筋膜皮瓣修复骶尾部巨大褥疮的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨臀部对偶深筋膜皮瓣修复骶尾部巨大褥疮的临床治疗效果。方法对13例骶尾部的巨大Ⅲ~Ⅳ期褥疮患者创面行负压封闭引流7天后,用对偶深筋膜皮瓣修复此创面。结果 13例患者骶尾部巨大褥疮均愈合良好,经4~12个月随访,均无复发,患者生活质量明显提高。结论臀部对偶深筋膜皮瓣具有覆盖创面面积大、旋转角度较大、外观不臃肿,和之前的组织相近、具有一定耐磨度等优点,它是修复骶尾部巨大Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮的有效方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of buttock dual deep fasciocutaneous flaps in repairing huge sacrococcygeal bedsore.Methods Thirteen patients with giant sacrococcygeal stage III^IV bedsore were treated with vacuum sealing drainage for 7 days.The wound was repaired with dual deep fasciocutaneous flaps.Results Thirteen patients with giant sacrococcygeal bedsores healed well.After 4 to 12 months of follow-up,there was no recurrence,and the quality of life of the patients improved significantly.Conclusions The buttock dual deep fasciocutaneous flaps have the advantages of large coverage area,large rotation angle,non-bloated appearance,similar to the previous tissues,and wear resistance.It is an effective method for repairing huge stage III^IV pressure ulcers in Sacrococcygeal region.
