摘  要:研究了种植转Bt基因早粳稻对土壤微生物数量及其区系结构的影响,为转基因水稻环境释放及评估其生态风险提供依据。以田间种植的转Bt基因早粳稻各个生长发育阶段的根际及行间土壤为试材,用平板计数法测得土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌数量及丰度等数据。结果表明,在水稻生长发育的返青期、分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期和成熟期,田间根际及行间土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量及丰度等性状,在转Bt基因早粳稻HD1、HD2等品系及其受体品种间或HD3、HD4等品系及其受体水稻间均未见显著不同。寒地转Bt基因早粳稻田间土壤微生物区系状态与普通水稻相比较没有明显变化。该研究进一步证实了转Bt基因水稻对土壤微生物数量及区系结构没有显著影响。The effect of planting transgenic Bt early japonica rice on soil microbial population was studied,and the effect of Bt transgenic rice on microbial flora structure was investigated,in order to provide basis for environmental release and ecological risk assessment of transgenic rice.The rhizosphere and inter-row soil of different growth stages of transgenic Bt early japonica rice planted in the field were used as experimental materials,the data of the population and abundance ratio of soil bacteria actinomycetes and fungi were measured by plate counting method.The results showed that there were not the significant differences among transgenic Bt early rice lines HD1 and HD2 and their recipient varieties or between HD3 and HD4 lines and their wild type cultivar in the population and abandance of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi of rhizosphere and inter-row soil at rice growth and development stages of returning green,tillering,booting,heading and maturity.There was no significant difference in the population of soil microorganisms floristic between transgenic Bt early japonica rice and normal rice.This study further confirmed that planting transgenic Bt early japonica rice had no significant effect on soil microbial population and flora structure.
