摘  要:某企业加氢裂化装置1台反应产物/低分油换热器管束中2根换热管发生断裂、脱出问题.经各项理化分析表明:管内存在氯离子富集导致内壁出现点腐蚀;在壳程流体冲击及换热器结构等因素影响下,管束易振动,需承受一定的交变载荷;在点腐蚀及交变载荷引起的循环应力作用下,换热管内壁腐蚀疲劳裂纹不断扩展,最终过载断裂.Two heat exchange tubes in an exchanger tube bundle of a hydrocracking unit for reaction products and low pressure oil broke and came out.Various physical and chemical analyses show that the presence of Cl ion enrichment in the tube resulted in pitting corrosion on the inner wall.Under the effects of shell side fluid impact and heat exchanger structure,the tube bundle is easy to vibrate and needs to bear alternating loads.Under the action of cyclic stress caused by pitting corrosion and alternating load,the corrosion fatigue cracks on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube continued to expand,and eventually overload breakage occurred.
