摘　　要：介绍了中国石化催化剂有限公司长岭分公司关键机组——离心式空气压缩机的基本情况和工作原理,详细论述了关键机组管理体系和检修模式,总结了管理方法和经验.通过采取特护管理的方法,保证了机组长周期稳定运行,杜绝了设备事故.该管理体系和管理方法具有在催化剂等石油化工行业推广的价值.This paper introduces the basic situation and working principles of the centrifugal air compressor,the key units of Changing Branch of Sinopec Catalyst Co.,Ltd..It discusses in detail the management system and maintenance mode of the key units,and summarizes the management methods and experience.By adopting special maintenance management method,the longterm stable operation of the units is guaranteed and the equipment accident is eliminated.The management system and management method are worth popularizing in catalyst companies and other companies in petrochemical industry.
