摘  要:综述电炉钢中氮含量变化的机理及发展要求;对实际生产过程中,电弧炉炼钢全流程氮含量的变化进行跟踪并对其展开分析,剖析实际操作或技术对钢液氮含量的影响,并对国内电弧炉钢企进行调研;针对国内生产现状,针对性地提出相关控氮技术,展示电弧炉生产低氮钢的技术新进展。The mechanism and development requirements of nitrogen content change in EAF steels are summarized;the change of nitrogen content in the whole process of EAF steelmaking is tracked and analyzed in the actual production process,the influence of actual operation or technology on nitrogen content in molten steel is analyzed,Investigation is carried out in domestic steelmaking companies.The relevant nitrogen control technique is put forward to show the new progress of low nitrogen steel production by electric arc furnace.
