摘　　要：分析了PVC糊树脂蒸汽单耗偏高的原因,并针对空气加热器疏水器、聚合回水三通阀、空气加热器、喷雾干燥器出口温度和热水罐温度等5个方面进行改进,使蒸汽单耗有效降低。The reasons for high steam consumption of PVC paste resin were analyzed.Improvements were made in five aspects,such as air heater trap,polymerized return water three-way valve,air heater,outlet temperature of spray dryer,and temperature of hot water tank,then steam consumption was reduced effectively.
