摘　　要：目的:通过评估广州市对口帮扶地梅州市和清远市农村贫困人口的健康素养水平,分析其影响因素,为完善健康扶贫政策提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取梅州市和清远市农村贫困人口进行问卷调查。结果:梅州市和清远市农村贫困人口的健康素养水平为8.72%,其中健康生活方式与行为水平为14.77%,基本知识和理念水平为10.07%,健康技能水平为9.40%。年龄和文化程度是影响整体健康素养水平及3方面素养水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论:梅州市和清远市农村贫困人口的健康素养水平低。广州市作为帮扶主体,应大力实施教育健康扶贫,推动贫困地区完善基本公共服务均等化。梅州市和清远市作为帮扶对象,应提高贫困人口的受教育程度,加强健康宣教的力度,精准实施健康扶贫工作。Objective:To evaluate the health literacy level of poverty population of Meizhou city and Qingyuan city and to analyze its influencing factors,to provide basis for improving health poverty alleviation policies.Methods:The poverty population was selected for a questionnaire survey in Meizhou city and Qingyuan city by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling.Results:The health literacy level of poverty population in Meizhou city and Qingyuan city was 8.72%.Among them,healthy lifestyle and behavior level was 14.77%,basic knowledge and concept level was 10.07%,and health skills level was 9.40%.Age and education level were the factors influencing the overall level of health literacy and three aspects of literacy level(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of health literacy of poverty population in Meizhou city and Qingyuan city is low.As the main body of assistance,Guangzhou should vigorously implement poverty alleviation through education and health,and promote the equalization of basic public services in poor areas.Meizhou city and Qingyuan city,as the object of assistance,should improve the education level of the poverty population,strengthen the health education and implement health poverty alleviation work accurately.
