摘　　要：本文通过对汽车多媒体依据GB/T 29309-2012《电工电子产品加速应力试验规程高加速寿命试验导则》进行HALT试验,结合出现的各类问题的失效分析,系统的介绍了HALT试验的全过程,给出了HALT试验设计及分析的基本思路。Through the HALT test performed on automotive multimedia in accordance with GB/T 29309-2012 Accelerated stress testing procedures for electric and electronic productsGuidance for highly accelerated life test,with the combination of failure analysis of different kinds of problems,this paper systematically introduces the whole process of HALT test and puts forward the basic idea of HALT test design and analysis.
