锌及锌合金镀层盐雾试验腐蚀形态研究

摘　　要：锌及其合金镀层在大气及工业大气中能很好地保护钢铁基材件,防止其在大气中被腐蚀并起到装饰覆盖层作用而被广泛地应用在汽车行业。中性盐雾试验是检验其防腐蚀性能的重要手段,本文对钢铁基材上镀锌及其合金件在中性盐雾试验中呈现的各种腐蚀形态及腐蚀产物进行了详细的分析。Zinc and its alloy coating are widely used in automobile industry because they can protect steel parts well in the atmosphere and industrial atmosphere,prevent them from being corroded in the atmosphere and play the role of decorative coating.Neutral salt spray test is an important means to test its corrosion resistance.In this paper,various corrosion forms and corrosion products of zinc plating and its alloy parts on steel substrate in neutral salt spray test are analyzed and discussed in detail.
