摘　　要：为了提高车辆行驶安全性,后视镜性能维护不可或缺。针对帝豪EV450纯电动汽车后视镜系统故障检测和维修进行研究。分析了后视镜组成与工作原理,并通过PLC的数字量存储和比较等功能,分别设计后视镜系统性能检测硬件和软件,实现后视镜调整和加热等性能的检测,初步判断后视镜系统存在异常与否。基于初步检测结果,给出了后视镜无法调整和加热故障的诊断维修对策,并简析了后视镜部位经常发出异常响声、转向指示灯常亮等故障诊断与检修对策。经过实际测试可知,该方法对于后视镜的各种故障均具备较高的检测率。最后,分别从舒适系统和车门控制、后视镜开关导线之间混乱、调整后视镜位置等方面给出了电动汽车后视镜系统故障检测和维修的注意事项。In order to improve vehicle driving safety,maintenance of rearview mirror performance is essential.Research on fault detection and maintenance of rearview mirror system of Emgrand EV450 pure electric vehicle.The composition and working principle of the rearview mirror are analyzed,and the functions and hardware of the rearview mirror system performance testing hardware and software are designed through the digital storage and comparison functions of the PLC.Mirror system is abnormal or not.Based on the preliminary test results,the diagnosis and maintenance countermeasures for rearview mirror inability to adjust and heating faults are given,and the fault diagnosis and maintenance countermeasures such as the unusual sound of the rearview mirror and the constant turning of the indicator lights are briefly analyzed.It can be known through actual testing that the method has a high detection rate for various faults in the rearview mirror.Finally,the precautions for fault detection and maintenance of the electric vehicle rearview mirror system are given from the aspects of comfort system and door control,chaos between the switch of the rearview mirror switch,and adjustment of the position of the rearview mirror.
