社交网站体像比较与女大学生身体自尊--基于自我形体认知偏差的调节效应

摘　　要：综合采用问卷调查和访谈法对女大学生进行施测,分析探讨了社交网站体像比较对女大学生身体自尊的影响和内部机理。研究结果表明:社交网站体像建构了“瘦”和“骨感”异化的女性之美,这也导致了社会对女性理想体型的印象导向;女大学生社交网站体像比较倾向越高,身体自尊水平越低;女大学生自我形体认知偏差越大,则身体自尊水平越低;女大学生社交网站体像比较倾向越高,自我形体认知偏差越大;女大学生自我形体认知偏差部分中介了社交网站体像比较对身体自尊的影响效应;女大学生自我形体认知偏差在社交网站体像比较和身体自尊的中介作用具有调节效应。This paper uses both questionnaires and interviews with female college students,analyzes the effect of social network body image comparison on female college students’physical self-esteem and its internal mechanism.The results show that the body images of social network constructs an alienated concept of female beauty with skinness as the criterion,which misguides society’s imagination of the ideal female body.The higher the tendency of body image comparison,the lower the physical self-esteem;the higher the deviation of physical self-cognition,the lower the physical self-esteem;and the higher the tendency of body image comparison,the more deviated the physical self-cognition.Female college students’physical self-cognition bias partly mediates and moderates the effect of network body image comparison on physical self-esteem.
