摘  要:合成了带炔基或叠氮基的反应性单体,分别将其与常规单体进行自由基乳液聚合得到侧链含炔基或叠氮基的可点击聚丙烯酸酯乳液(Polyacrylate emulsions,PAE),利用炔基和叠氮基进行点击交联制备得到点击交联PAE膜。对合成的单体及聚合物进行了结构表征,并对点击交联聚合物进行了抗张强度、杨氏模量及剥离强度和耐水性等相应测试。结果表明,点击交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液具有良好的物理性能,可作为一种涂料和胶粘剂领域的实用粘接料。The reactive monomers with alkyne or azide groups were synthesized and were copolymerized with conventional acrylate monomers via free radical emulsion polymerization to prepare clickable polyacrylate emulsions(PAE).Click cross-linked PAE films were then obtained through the trigger reaction of click chemistry of alkyne and azide groups at the side chain of relating clickable polyacrylate emulsions.The synthesized monomers and polymers were structurally characterized,and the click cross-linked polymers were tested for tensile strength,Young's modulus,adhesion strength and water resistance.The results showed that the click-crosslinked polyacrylate emulsions showed good physical properties and can be used as a practical binder in the field of coatings and adhesives.
