摘  要:应用PROII软件对柴油加氢装置分馏单元进行模拟。模拟数据与装置运行数据基本吻合,通过软件模拟优化工艺流程,合理选择蒸汽用量节约能耗,同时提升产品质量。设置分馏塔顶换热器回收分馏塔顶低温热加热冷低分气。改造分馏塔进料换热器,优化装置取热,提高分馏进料温度,降低再沸炉热负荷,节约能耗。借助软件合理匹配装置能量,避免能量浪费。The distillation unit of diesel hydrogenation plant was simulated by PROII software.The simulation data was basically consistent with the operation data of the plant,and the process flow was optimized through software simulation,reasonable steam consumption was chosen to save energy,and column operating temperature was optimized to improve the product quality.A heat exchanger at the top of the distillation tower was set to recycle the low temperature energy of the hot gas at the top of the distillation tower.The feed heat exchanger of the distillation tower was reformed for optimizing unit heat to increase the feed flow temperature,reduce the heat consumption of the reboiler furnace,and save fuel gas.Software was used to properly allocate plant energy,and avoid energy waste.
