珠三角“代耕农”社会心态研究——基于惠州市博罗县的田野调查分析

摘　　要：从20世纪70年代末至今,“代耕农”在珠三角已经形成一个有着特殊苦难的弱势群体。“代耕农”作为真实个体的负面社会心态是真实存在的,这些心态对其社会行动产生消极影响,并往往酿成难以估量的负面后果。通过对惠州博罗“代耕农”社会心态的调查分析可知,“代耕农”群体的生活满意感偏低,职业积极性不高;社会压力感一般,日常生活压力较大;对政府信任感较高,较满意政府的相关服务;社会公平感一般,地位平等赞同度较高;社会安全感较高,各种个人安全得到很好保障;社会问题感不严重,对社会风气较为乐观。调适“代耕农”的社会心态,降低社会隐患,保障社会稳定和谐发展,需要政府、社会等多方努力。Since the end of 1970s,the substitute farmers have formed a a vulnerable group with special difficulties in the Pearl River Delta.As a real individual,the substitute farmers'negative social mentality is real,which has negative impacts on their social actions and often leads to incalculable negative consequences.Through the field research of the social psychology of the substitute farmers in Boluo,Huizhou,we can see that the satisfaction about life and the professional enthusiasm of substitute farmers is low;social pressure is general and daily life pressure is high;substitute farmers'trust in the government and satisfaction with the relevant services of the government is high;substitute farmers'sense of social equity is general and approval of status equality is high;substitute farmers'sense of social security and various personal security is high;substitute farmers'sense of social problems is not serious,and the social atmosphere is optimistic.To adjust the social mentality of substitute farmers,prevent social hidden dangers,ensure social stability and harmonious development,efforts of the government,society and other parties are needed.
