摘 要:采用含磷单体与二胺对碳纳米管进行表面改性,制备了改性碳纳米管。采用热释放速率、总热释放量和残余量三个参数研究了碳纳米管用量和改性碳纳米管对聚丙烯燃烧行为的影响。结果表明:改性后,碳纳米管的形貌未发生明显变化;添加碳纳米管后,复合材料的燃烧性能参数显著下降,残余量提高;改性后,碳纳米管进一步降低平均热释放速率(AHRR)和提高残炭率,并通过电镜照片可以看出,在碳纳米管表面形成更多的粘结点。The phosphorus-containing monomer and diamine were chosen to modify carbon nanotube(CNT).The effect of CNT content and modified CNT on the combustion behaviors of PP composites were investigated according to heat release rate(HRR),total heat release(THR)and mass loss(ML).The results showed that CNT didn't change dramatically after modification;the combustion parameters decreased obviously and char residue increased when CNT was added;after modification of CNT,the average heat release rate(AHRR)was further reduced and char residue was raised,and more crosslinking points were found on the CNT surface through SEM observe.
