摘 要:轴线相交的两个圆柱立体相交时,会产生一条相贯线,以该相贯线为研究对象,分别分析了在正交、斜交情况下,相贯线随两个圆柱半径变化而形成不同形状和特殊点性质,推导出了两个圆柱相交时相贯线最低点及与Y轴线相交点的解析式,根据推导所得的解析式结果提出了圆柱相交相贯线上特殊点的图解方法,最后得到了轴线相交的两个圆柱立体相交时产生的相贯线相关结论。When two cylinders intersect the axis,an intersect line is produced.Taking the intersect line as research object,this paper analyzes different shapes and properties of special point with the change of the two cylindrical radii in the case of orthogonal and oblique,and deduces an analytic expression of the lowest point of the line and the point of intersection with the Y axis when the two cylinders intersect.Based on the analytical results obtained from the derivation,a diagrammatic method for special points on the line of cylindrical intersect is proposed,and the conclusions related with the intersect line produced when the two cylinders intersect the axis are gained.
