龟鹿二仙膏结合硫酸亚铁、叶酸治疗老年营养不良性贫血临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察龟鹿二仙膏结合硫酸亚铁、叶酸治疗老年营养不良性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取我院80例老年营养不良性贫血患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组口服硫酸亚铁片、叶酸片治疗,治疗组口服龟鹿二仙膏及硫酸亚铁片、叶酸片,治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效及血常规,评价治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的RBC、HGB、HCT较对照组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龟鹿二仙膏结合硫酸亚铁、叶酸治疗老年营养不良性贫血效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guilu Erxian Cream combined with ferrous sulfate and folic acid in treatment of dystrophic anemia in the elderly. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with dystrophic anemia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases each. Control group was treated by taking orally ferrous sulfate tablets and folic acid tablets;treatment group was treated by taking orally Guilu Erxian cream on the basis of control group. After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy and blood routine of the two groups were compared to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. The red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the RBC,HGB and HCT of treatment group were significantly improved compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective by taking orally Guilu Erxian cream combined with ferrous sulfate tablets and folic acid tablets in treating dystrophic anemia in the elderly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
