中药联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎孤立性血尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效及其对患儿免疫功能的调节。方法选取在我院治疗的过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿60例为研究对象,其中治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组给予中药自拟方芪芎茜根散口服配合穴位贴敷,对照组给予潘生丁、复方芦丁口服治疗,通过2个月治疗后观察两组患儿临症状改善情况及尿沉渣红细胞、免疫功能变化。结果治疗后,治疗组症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组尿沉渣红细胞数、血清免疫球蛋白IgA、免疫球蛋白IgG低于对照组(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白IgM高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组抗体CD3^+、CD4^+升高优于对照组,抗体CD8^+、CD19^+下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用益气滋肾散瘀法联合穴位贴敷治疗能有效改善患儿症状,提高患儿机体免疫力,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application in treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis(HSPN)and its regulation of immune function in children. Methods 60 cases of children with HSPN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each. Treatment group was given modified Chinese medicine formula Qixiong Xigen powder orally combined with acupoint application;control group was given Panshengding and compound Lutin orally. After 2 months of treatment,the improvement of symptoms and changes of urinary sedimentation erythrocyte and immune function in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the improvement of symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);the erythrocyte number of urinary sediment,serum IgA and IgG in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and serum IgM was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the increase of CD3^+and CD4^+in treatment group more obvious than that of control group,and the decrease of CD8^+and CD19^+was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of invigorating qi,nourishing kidney,removing stasis combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the symptoms and immunity of children with HSPN,which is worthy of extensive promotion in clinical practice.
