摘　　要：凝胶染色工艺生产的高缩率有色毛条保证了腈纶纤维染色牢、颜色鲜艳、污水残余染料少。开发3.33dtex凝胶染色高缩率腈纶膨体毛条旨在发挥其手感柔软、厚实丰满、弹性、保暖性好等特点,为满足用户需求,做大下道工序的市场链奠定了基础。The high shrinkage nonferrous wool top produced by gel dyeing process ensured the fast dyeing of acrylic fiber,bright color and less residual dye in sewage.The development of 3.33 dtex gel dyeing high shrinkage acrylic wool topaimed to give full play to its characteristics of soft hand,thick and plump,elastic,good warmth and so on,which lays a foundation for satisfying users'demands and expanding the market chain of the next process.
