摘  要:针对小纪汗煤矿11212进、回风巷道间隔离煤柱煤自燃问题,分析了煤自燃的条件、原理及过程,建立XK-Ⅶ型煤自然发火实验台模拟煤自然发火的全过程,剖析了隔离煤柱位置、自燃原因及自燃的具体情况,对比实验过程和工程实践发现两者间煤自燃情况有差异。为此,根据Fluent流场模拟软件的原理、操作过程等建立隔离煤柱煤自燃处的几何模型,确定边界条件,通过数值模拟得出了一系列相关的渗流场云图,反演验证发现两者之间的差异符合具体实际情况。According to the problem of spontaneous combustion of isolated coal pillar coal in the 11212 inlet and return air passage of Xiaojihan Coal Mine,the conditions,principle and process of coal spontaneous combustion were analyzed.The whole process of spontaneous combustion of coal was simulated on the established XK-Ⅶcoal spontaneous combustion test bench.Analyzed the location of the isolated coal pillar,the cause of spontaneous combustion and the spontaneous combustion.The experimental process and engineering practice found that there was a difference in coal spontaneous combustion between the two.For this reason,according to the principle and operation process of Fluent flow field simulation software,the geometric model of coal spontaneous combustion in isolated coal pillar was established.The boundary conditions were also determined.A series of related seepage field clouds were obtained through numerical simulation.The inversion verification showed that the difference between the two is in line with the actual situation.
