摘 要:通过输送带损伤表象和规律进行理论机理探索,结合检测数据分析钢丝绳芯输送带的损伤原因并制定对策。根据输送带损伤程度不同及其对安全运行的影响,提供判定输送带剩余寿命的估算方法,科学制定了煤矿在用钢丝绳输送带损伤报废指标。既可减少因输送带意外损伤导致的非计划停机时间,提高生产效率;又可以最大限度延长输送带的使用寿命,提高经济效益。This paper analyzed the damage manifestations and laws of the conveyor belt,explored the theoretical mechanism,combined the accumulated detection data,analyzed the causes of damage to the steel wire rope conveyor belt,and formulated counter measures.According to the different degrees of damage to the conveyor belt and the impact on safe operation,an estimation method for determining the remaining life of the conveyor belt was provided.Indicators for damage to the wire rope conveyor belt in use in coal mines were scientifically developed,which can reduce the unscheduled downtime caused by the accidental damage of conveyor belt,improve production efficiency,and can maximize the service life of the conveyor belt to improve economic efficiency.
