肾穿刺活检122例临床和病理特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析肾脏疾病行肾活检患者的病理类型、分布特点和临床特点及相关性。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年11月行肾活检患者122例,分析临床特点及病理特点。结果:122例患者中,原发性肾小球肾炎占比最高,继发性肾小球肾炎次之。肾穿刺活检患者年龄以中青年人群为主。原发性肾小球疾病的临床类型为肾病综合征58例,慢性肾炎综合征20例,无症状血尿和(或)蛋白尿19例。结论:行肾穿刺活检的肾脏病患者以原发性肾小球肾炎为主,发病人群多见于中青年,膜性肾病是原发性肾小球疾病最常见病理类型,狼疮肾炎是最常见继发性肾小球疾病,且以女性患者为主,慢性肾脏疾病的诊断需要结合肾穿刺活检病理结果和患者具体情况进行综合分析。Objective:To analyze the pathological types,distribution characteristics,clinical characteristics and correlation of patients with renal disease who underwent renal needle biopsy.Methods:From January 2015 to November 2019,122 patients who underwent renal needle biopsy were selected to analyze the clinical and pathological characteristics.Results:Primary glomerulonephritis accounted for the highest proportion of 122 patients,followed by secondary glomerulonephritis.The age of patients with renal needle biopsy was mainly young and middle-aged.The clinical types of primary glomerular disease were 58 cases of nephrotic syndrome,20 cases were chronic nephritis syndrome and 19 cases were asymptomatic hematuria and(or)proteinuria.Conclusion:Primary glomerulonephritis is the most common type in patients with kidney disease undergoing renal needle biopsy,the affected population is more common in young and middle-aged people,membranous nephropathy is the most common pathological type of primary glomerular disease,lupus nephritis is the most common secondary glomerular disease with mainly female patients,the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease requires a comprehensive analysis based on the results of renal needle biopsy and the patient's specific conditions.
