疏风养血饮联合依巴斯汀治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风养血饮联合依巴斯汀治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年6月收治血虚风燥型慢性荨麻患者73例,随机分为两组。研究组给予自拟疏风养血饮汤剂联合依巴斯汀治疗;对照组采用依巴斯汀治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及中医证候疗效总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后荨麻疹活动评分(USA)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏风养血饮联合依巴斯汀治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,中医证候疗效显著,复发率低。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shufeng Yangxue decoction combined with ebastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2018,73 patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group was given self-made Shufeng Yangxue decoction combined with ebastine.The control group was treated with ebastine.We compared the efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group and the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UAS score of the study group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Yangxue decoction combined with ebastine has obvious curative effect on chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness type.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is remarkable,and the recurrence rate is low.
