艾灸结合中药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸结合中药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:2016年12月-2019年12月收治腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例,随机分为三组,各20例。治疗组内服痛泻要方加味结合艾灸神阙穴治疗;对照1组内服痛泻要方加味治疗;对照2组采用艾灸神阙穴治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸结合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠肠易激综合征,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2019,60 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome were enrolled,they were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases in each group.In the treatment group,modified Tongxie Yaofang was taken orally combined with moxibustion at Shenque acupoint.In the first control group,modified Tongxie Yaofang was taken orally.In the second control group,moxibustion at Shenque acupoint was given.The therapeutic effects of the three groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in treatment group was higher than in the first control group and the second control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang can be effective in treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.
