中西医结合治疗慢性肾孟肾炎的临床效果及有效率影响评价

摘　　要：目的:探究中西医结合治疗慢性肾孟肾炎的临床效果及有效率。方法:2018年1-12月收治慢性肾孟肾炎患者54例,随机分为两组,各27例。对照组接受常规西医治疗;观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上增加中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,观察组用药后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用中西医结合治疗慢性肾孟肾炎临床效果显著,有利于降低患者治疗后的并发症发生率,改善患者炎症因子,临床应用价值高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and effective rate of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis.Methods:From January to December 2018,54 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 27 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis has a significant clinical effect,which is conducive to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the inflammatory factors of patients after treatment,and has a high clinical application value.
