摘 要:我国党政干部管理制度适应中国特色社会主义政党制度,服从服务于党的政治路线,坚持党管干部原则,选拔任用干部突出政治标准,具有鲜明的政治特色。该制度的优势在于有利于拓宽选人视野和渠道,培养选拔一支高素质党政干部队伍,巩固党的执政地位,促进我国经济社会发展。改革开放以来,尤其是党的十八大以来,我国党政干部管理制度建设取得了较大成就,但也存在一些问题,我们应以党的十九届四中全会精神为指导,不断推进党政干部管理制度改革。China’s party and government cadre management system demonstrates distinct political characteristics,as it adapts to the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics,obeys and serves the Party’s political line,adheres to the principle of the party governing cadres,and highlights political criteria in selecting and appointing cadres.The advantages of this system lie in that it is conducive to broadening the horizons and channels for cadre selection,training and selecting a team of highly qualified party and political cadres,consolidating the party’s ruling position,and promoting China’s economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up,especially since the CPC’s 18 th Congress,China’s party and government cadre management system has made great achievements,although there are also some problems.Under the guidance of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the CPC,we should further promote the reform of the party and government cadre management system in response to the main problems.
