摘 要:对17CrNiMo6、18CrNiMo7-6、12Cr2Ni4渗碳钢进行渗碳淬火畸变的过程特性试验研究。结果表明,渗碳淬火畸变的过程特性符合过程函数的特性,减少渗碳淬火的工序以及合理选择预备热处理方法、淬火温度、渗碳后淬火方式均可大幅降低畸变量,将上述工序参数进行合理搭配,其降低畸变量的效果更为明显。The process characteristics of carburizing and quenching distortion of 17CrNiMo6,18CrNiMo7-6 and 12Cr2Ni4 carburizing steel were studied.The results show that the process characteristics of carburizing and quenching distortion are consistent with the characteristics of process function.The distortion can be reduced by reducing the process of carburizing and quenching,and reasonable selection of preparation heat treatment method,quenching temperature and quenching method after carburizing.It is more obvious to reduce the distortion if the above process parameters are properly matched.
