摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎系原因不明的结肠黏膜和黏膜下层连续性炎症,属疑难病症。潘洋教授认为本病病机以脾肾亏虚为发病前提,大肠湿热、血络受损贯穿始终,主张根据标本证候论治,确立了清热利湿、扶正固本、化瘀通络的治疗原则,倡导止利勿过,于临床应用,疗效确切。Ulcerative colitis is a kind of continuous inflammation of colonic mucosa and submucosa with unknown causes.Professor PAN Yang thinks that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,and the dampness and heat of Large Intestine and the damage of blood collaterals run through the whole disease process.He advocates the treatment principle is to clear away heat and remove dampness,strengthen the body,remove blood stasis and unblock collaterals according to principal and secondary aspect of disease,and advocates that it stops where it should be.
